How to Delete Your Account and Data

Checking whether you're signed in…
Deleting closes your account immediately and signs you out everywhere. Your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days (until then the account can be restored on request). If you pay for a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there first — deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

You can delete your TipSheet account at any time, from any platform, without contacting us.
Before you start #
- Cancel any subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store (see our Subscription & Billing Terms); the app shows a link if you have an active subscription.
- Download your data if you want a copy: Settings → Help → Legal & Privacy → Download my data (JSON).
Steps #
iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch Open TipSheet → Settings → Account → Delete account. Enter your password, or — if you sign in only with Apple or Google — type DELETE to confirm. (The watch app follows the account on your iPhone.)
Android and Wear OS Open TipSheet → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm with your password or by typing DELETE.
Web Sign in at https://tipsheet.trade/delete-account (or Dashboard → Settings → Delete account) and confirm with your password or by typing DELETE.
Can't sign in? Email privacy@tipsheet.trade from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that you control the account before deleting it.
What happens #

Restoring: during the 30 days you can ask us to restore your account at support@tipsheet.trade. After that it cannot be restored.
What we keep: a one-way hash of your username and the deletion date, so we can honour your deletion and prevent abuse; billing and tax records that the law requires us to keep (App Store and Google Play purchases are kept by Apple and Google); and records needed to handle an open legal claim or report. Server security logs expire on their normal schedule (about 30 days).
Your Anthropic account is separate. Deleting TipSheet removes your key from our systems; to delete data held by Anthropic, or to revoke the key itself, use your Anthropic console.
