Subscription & Billing Terms

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms apply when you buy a paid TipSheet plan. They form part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you see before you buy #

Before you subscribe, the purchase screen shows: the plan name and what it includes; the price (including tax where the store shows it) and the billing period (for example monthly or yearly); any free trial or introductory offer, its length and the price you'll pay when it ends; that the subscription renews automatically until you cancel; and how to cancel. It also links to these terms, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You must confirm the purchase separately.

2. Automatic renewal #

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and you will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (the store's cut-off applies). Your account is charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Free trials and introductory offers #

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and you are charged. Trials are limited to one per person or account. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where the store's rules provide so.

4. How to cancel #

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

  • iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch (App Store): Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → TipSheet → Cancel Subscription, or use Manage Subscription in TipSheet Settings.
  • Android (Google Play): Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TipSheet → Cancel, or use Manage Subscription in TipSheet Settings.
  • Web (if offered): Settings → Subscription → Cancel on https://tipsheet.trade. Cancelling online is as easy as signing up, with no requirement to call or email us.

Deleting the app or your TipSheet account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel in the store first.

5. Restore purchases #

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, use Restore Purchases in TipSheet Settings to reconnect your subscription.

6. Refunds #

  • App Store and Google Play purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by them under their policies: request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or a Google Play refund through Google Play. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
  • Web purchases (if offered): fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods, except where required by law or where we terminate your account without cause (we refund the unused part of your current period).

7. Price changes #

We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price increase applies to you, by email or in-app notice, and the store may ask for your consent. If you don't agree, cancel before the new price applies. For web subscriptions subject to California's Automatic Renewal Law or similar laws, we will send the notices they require, including an annual reminder for yearly plans and notice of material changes.

8. Changes to plans and features #

We may change what a plan includes. If we materially reduce a paid plan's features during a period you've paid for, you may cancel and, for web purchases, ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

9. Taxes #

Prices may include or exclude VAT, GST or sales tax depending on your location and the store. The store or checkout shows the amount.

10. Contact #

Billing questions: support@tipsheet.trade. For store purchases, you can also contact Apple or Google support.
