TipSheet uses artificial intelligence. This page explains where, how, what data is involved and what the limits are. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You are interacting with AI #
When you use the features below, you are reading or talking to output produced by an AI system, not a person. We label AI-generated content (for example "AI-generated" or "Generated by Rushil's TipSheet models (AI-assisted)"), and Ask Claude shows an AI notice at the start of every session.

How TipSheet's calls are made #
TipSheet's stock calls, grades, scalp ideas and option ideas are produced by models developed by TipSheet's operator and founder, Rushil Chetty. They are configured with the operator's own trading rules and playbook and with lessons recorded from the grading of past calls, and they run on third-party AI models (Anthropic's Claude) in scheduled, automated runs that read a market news wire and market data. After each trading day an automated review grades the calls and updates the lessons the models use.
When we say the models are "trained" or "tuned" on the operator's approach, we mean they are configured and calibrated through these instructions, rules and lessons. TipSheet does not change or fine-tune the underlying weights of Anthropic's models. The gold futures engine is a separate rule-based program whose settings are calibrated on historical price data (backtests).
Being built on the operator's approach does not make any output accurate, suitable for you or personalised to you, and it is not investment advice. The operator's own trading results are not TipSheet's results, and nothing here implies you will achieve any result.
Ask Claude and your own API key #
Ask Claude runs only on an Anthropic API key that you create in your own Anthropic account and save in TipSheet Settings.
- Consent first. Before your first use, we show a consent screen explaining that your prompts and any context are sent to Anthropic. You choose Allow or Not now. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings, after which Ask Claude stops working until you allow it again.
- What is sent to Anthropic: your message, recent messages in that conversation, our system prompt, and context such as quotes, headlines and TipSheet's published calls for the tickers you ask about. Your holdings, cash and trade journal are included only if portfolio context is enabled for the Service and you have consented.
- What is never sent: your password, two-factor secret, email address or other members' data.
- Anthropic's terms. Anthropic, PBC processes the request under your key and under its own terms and privacy policy, which govern your relationship with Anthropic. You must follow Anthropic's Usage Policy.
- Charges. Anthropic bills your key for usage. You are responsible for those charges. We recommend setting a spending limit in your Anthropic console.
- Storage. Your key is stored encrypted and shown only as its last four characters. Remove it at any time in Settings. Conversations are stored as described in our Privacy Policy.
Guardrails #
Ask Claude is instructed to help with education, data lookup and explaining TipSheet's public calls, and not to give personalised buy, sell, hold or position-size instructions for your account. Guardrails are imperfect. If a response looks like personal advice, treat it as general information only.
Limitations #
AI output can be wrong, out of date, or invented ("hallucinated") — including prices, dates, figures, quotes and news. It can sound confident when it is mistaken, and it may reflect biases in its training data. AI does not know your full circumstances. AI output is not investment advice. Human review #
TipSheet's automated calls and signals are published without a person reviewing each one beforehand.
Report a response #
Every AI response has a Report option. Tell us what was wrong (inaccurate, harmful, looks like personal advice, other). Reports are reviewed and used to improve guardrails. You can also email support@tipsheet.trade.
